It offers full protection against all RF1 rounds as specified by the NIJ 0101.07 (Level III 0101.06) standard. At only 0.38 inches thick, it is the thinnest plate on the market at this protection level—thinner than a dime.

Plates designed to protect against ammunition level NIJ RF1 (0101.07).

Plate will stop all rounds and can be worn Stand Alone for 5.56×45 M193 rnd. However, for 7.62 M80, it must be worn as an ICW since BFS could be higher than 44mm.
